Initial Interview - After you contact us we will set up a phone interview so we can get to know you. We will ask you general questions about your situation to help us understand the severity of your case and how we can help.
Case Evaluation - Once we get all the information necessary to evaluate your case, we analyze the resources available to us that best fit your specific requirements.
Walkthrough Scheduling - Once we accept your case, we will schedule a walkthrough. Walkthroughs are necessary for safety reasons of our crew and yourself. We also like to get a "feel" for the location while checking for any areas that may contain high EMF fields. At this time you can explain the details of your property including hazards and areas that are available for investigation.
After a walkthough is completed, we will schedule the actual session. There are some guidelines that need to be followed in order to have a successful investigation which will be explained to you by one of our team members before the actual investigation begins. We will arrive at the agreed time and setup all of our equipment in key spots. Investigations can last anywhere from 3 to 8 hours depending on availability and location. We capture audio, video and numerous data from different meters and sensors. We often experiment with trigger objects, music and historical knowledge while attempting to entice a response.
Data Analysis - We go over hours of video and audio footage that was captured during your investigation from numerous sources. We look for and mark any anomalies we enounter to be later reviewed by the team.
Team Collaboration - Once data analysis is completed we collaborate as a team on our findings. We chose to review each case as a team to distinguish between unexplainable anomalies versus false positives. We also compare any personal experiences we may have had and study the information obtained through interviews and historical research.
Client Production - After hours of debate and discussion we compile the evidence for presentation. The findings that we present to you are mutually agreed upon by our team, that best represents any paranormal activities you might be experiencing.
Client Presentation - During the client presentation we show you an edited video of your investigation with our findings. We will explain to you step by step what we think each piece of evidence represents.
Consultation and Summary - After the presentation we will discuss our overall feeling about the whole experience and how you can continue to seek answers and guidance. We remain here for you if any further steps need to be taken.
